New installations:

We can cater for either new for old boiler replacement or full central heating installations.

Annual servicing:

Gas appliances need regular servicing to ensure that they are operating efficiently and safely, plus UK gas regulations recommend a regular schedule of maintenance is carried out. Manufacturers also recommend annual servicing and this often forms part of their guarantee.

Repairs:

We will diagnose and repair any fault, ensuring that we have fully fixed the cause of the problem rather than just the symptom.

We provide a complete service from removing old oil boilers to repairs and installations

Why use a OFTEC registered engineer?:  OFTEC Registered technicians are oil specialists who have been trained on modern, high-performance appliances. They are recognised by Government as ‘Competent’ in the same way that Gas Safe installers are competent to work with gas.

Problems with your central heating system?

Some of the common problems we come across regularly are:

  • Your system is slow to warm up.
  • Some radiators are completely or partially cold.
  • Radiators frequently need bleeding.
  • Radiators have pin hole perforation and leakage.
  • Blocked pipes.
  • Repeated pump failures / corrosion deposits in pump casing.
  • Strange and unpleasant noises from your boiler - particularly when it’s working at it’s hardest.

Any of these symptoms could indicate that the system has circulation and flow problems as a result of internal corrosion (rust), scale and sludge build formation.

Power flushing can remove undesirable corrosion residues and replace aggressive water quickly, restoring circulation and efficiency, and preventing future problems.  In addition by power flushing your central heating system at regular service intervals you will ensure that your system is operating at peak performance and in accordance with BS7593 "A code of practice for treatment of water in domestic hot water and central heating systems".
